New residents and existing residents that are in need of new vehicle bar codes or a replacement bar code due to damage or sale of a vehicle please complete the form below to request your RESIDENT VEHICLE BAR CODE.

All Bar Codes will be applied to Resident Vehicles Only. You must provide all information below and a valid registration to resident owner at time of pickup to receive bar code.
