PEST CONTROL MAINTENANCE
To address pest problems, owners are to contact Pest Eliminators directly to schedule an appointment for the interior area of their units, for any LIVE activity. To arrange an appointment call 239-985-0461 between Monday and Friday. Monthly routine exterior maintenance treatments are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
BOARD AUTHORIZED WINDOW WASHING CONTRACTORS
Below are the two authorized vendors for cleaning second-floor unit windows in Clubside.
First-floor owners have the flexibility to choose any company of their preference, as window cleaning for these units does not necessitate roof access.
If you have any specific questions or concerns about the pricing or services offered, please contact the respective companies directly.
- Washy Washy Window Cleaning at 239-272-9178. Ask for Debra Harrison, Owner. Second floor owners need to specify that you need long pole cleaning.
- Window Genie of Naples at 239-262-3020. Ask for Daniel Anisz, Owner. Specify that you are in Clubside Reserve - Vineyards. They strictly do window pole/brush cleaning on both 1st floor and 2nd floor units.
