TO ALL MEMBERS:
On May 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM, via Zoom and at the Clubside Clubhouse, Naples, FL 34119, the Special Members Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of such business as may lawfully be conducted. An identification of agenda items is as follows:
Agenda
1. Call to Order, Establish Quorum
2. Proof of Due Notice
3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
4. Property Manager Report
5. New Business:
A. PROXY VOTE & Approval of Design for Lanai Screen & Aluminum Project (Stay with Existing Design or Move to Panoramic Design)
B. PROXY VOTE & Approval of Color of Aluminum for All Units (Stay White or Move to Bronze)
6. Adjournment
A QUORUM, at least 2/3 of persons entitled to cast the votes of the members, must be present in person, by Zoom or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for business to be conducted. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you either deliver the Limited Proxy to PMP using the enclosed envelope or scan the Limited Proxy and send a copy of it via email to PMP prior to the meeting date of May 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
Wednesday, May 20th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Clubside Reserve Exterior Property

Exterior organic treatment by Turner Pest Control contractor are scheduled Wednesday, May 20, 2026. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Turner Pest Control directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it for LIVE pest issues. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with PMP, Account #1073096 then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. Someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
