| Description: | We're reaching out with an important update regarding the gate installation and vehicle barcode distribution process. Beginning tomorrow we move forward with the distribution and use of the NEW vehicle barcodes since the installation techs discovered that the new barcode reader will only READ the new assigned Clubside barcodes. Your current barcode on your vehicle(s) will not work with the new BAI system barcode reader as we originally expected.
The Gate Committee Members will be in the clubhouse to handout your new barcodes on:
Thursday 8/18/22 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Friday 8/19/22 from 10:00am - 3:00pm
*Remove your old barcode and replace it with the new one immediately. INSTRUCTIONS
If you are not currently in town, no worries, you can reach out to Kim McQueen when you are back in Clubside and she will deliver your assigned barcodes.
The new visitor gate keypad/callbox will be installed soon. Until that time, both entrance gates will remain UP. Once the visitor keypad/callbox is installed and functional you will be able to use your 4-digit code for access. To OPEN visitor gate just press the # pound key then your PIN CODE. We will notify you when the new keypad is operational.
