Roof Algaecide Treatment is to be rescheduled. ECO-GREEN will be on property applying the Roof-A-Cide application treatment to our metal rooftops using drones after the cleaning of our gutters, soffit and fascia.

A schedule by building, along with instructions regarding vehicles and driveway access, will be sent as we get closer to the treatment dates.   Roof-A-Cide® Application: An EPA-approved, patented preventative algaecide that stops mold, fungus, algae, and mildew growth for up to 2 years.   SEASONAL WINDOW CLEANING   If you are planning to have your windows professionally cleaned for the season, we recommend scheduling your window cleaning once our roof treatment has been completed. The application is done by a drone so over spray on windows is a possibility.    Please save these dates and watch for additional information as we get closer.   Thank you for your cooperation!   Clubside Reserve Building Committee
