| Description: | Payment of the forth quarterly assessment is due on October 1, 2022.
This notice serves as a friendly reminder; if you have already provided payment for your quarterly assessment you are not required to do anything at this time.
If you have not yet made payment, please ensure that payment is made payable to Clubside Reserve and mailed to the P.O. Box address in the email that came from PMP on September 13, 2022.
Please provide sufficient time for bank processing and mailing given USPS mailing delays. To avoid such delays, you may also make payments by dropping off checks to the PMP offices below.
We continue to encourage more owners to sign up for automatic debit processing where quarterly payments are drawn from your account within a few business days following the due dates. An authorization form is attached. This is the most efficient way to process your timely payments.
Again, if you have already paid the quarterly fee or you are set up for automatic debit please disregard this friendly reminder.
