| Description: | The March 2023 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Vineyards Country Club. This is an in person meeting only. Notice & Agenda will come by email from PMP, Philippe Gabart.
In conjunction with our attorneys the Board has been working to update THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM of CLUBSIDE RESERVE AT THE VINEYARDS, the governing document for our community, to ensure they conform to the most recent changes in Florida law.
To this end over the last few days you will have received by mail, as required by Florida law, copies of the Amended and Restated documents together with a Limited Proxy and instructions for completing. Included with the document are the details of a MEMBERS MEETING to be held at 4:00p.m. on 28th March 2023 at Vineyards Country Club for the purpose of voting to approve the three documents include: - Declaration of Condominium
- Articles of Incorporation - Bylaws These are important documents which require 60% of owners voting to approve. The Board strongly recommends attending this MEMBERS MEETING and voting in-person, or if unable to attend by forwarding your LIMITED PROXY to PMP prior to 28th March.
