Conditioned Air will be on-site to perform routine maintenance on the A/C drain lines located at the exterior backside of each building on Wednesday, May 7th, starting at 8AM. Technicians will be walking around the first floor units so for privacy keep your window blinds closed.   Each owner is responsible to ensure their A/C system and hot water heater are properly maintained throughout the year. Regular interior maintenance helps prevent clogs and backups in the shared drain lines.   We recommend: Having the A/C and drain lines checked and maintained twice a year by a licensed contractor. Draining and flushing hot water heater lines at least once a year by a licensed plumber.   Thank you for your attention to these maintenance guidelines.
