The Clubside Board approved Bain Sealcoating for the roads as a sealcoating process to help preserve them. A color-coded map will be distributed that breaks down the scheduled dates beginning Tuesday, September 20th through Saturday, September 24th, weather permitting 8:30am through 3:00pm.

 

During these dates you will need to make sure that your vehicle(s) are not parked in the area that is scheduled to be sealcoated that day. Once the sealcoat is applied, you will not have access to your driveway or garage until the following morning when Bain opens it up and they move on to the next section. As long as you do not drive on the wet sealcoat there will not be any transfer onto your vehicle(s).

 

Remember to inform any vendors that you may have scheduled during the dates or times so they are aware they will not be able to enter the community during this scheduled project.
