INSIDE ACCESS DRYER VENT CLEANING * Access clothes dryer in each unit * Protect dryer and floors from scratches when moving dryer with appliance sliders * Vacuum and remove debris behind dryer * Vacuum and clean exhaust pipe with a combination of our high velocity three-motor HEPA vacuum (Rovac Retrieval Unit) and our rotating brush system, this removes all lint build-up and blockage from top to bottom * Clean and vacuum lint trap of dryer * Reconnect and test airflow * Access and clean outside outlet if accessible (Lint Out cannot be held liable for missing/damaged vent covers) * Any inaccessible units will be cleaned from the outside at the same rate. Inaccessible includes the following - cannot move dryer to access the vent, built-in cabinetry around dryer, not enough space between the dryer and wall to move the dryer, stackable washer/dryer that doesn't have an access panel, laundry rooms packed with homeowner's belongings, etc. * Optional: Owners to replace vinyl or damaged hose with aluminum fire resistant flex hose and clamps if needed for $18.00 per unit. (In some cases it will be MANDATORY to replace a hose that is damaged and unusable.) This rate is also based on accessing & cleaning the units in consecutive order, as well as the dryer vents being up to code which includes being individually vented using 4" galvanized metal pipe.
