There will not be a January 2023 Board meeting. An email will follow from PMP regarding the next meeting date and agenda.

The ladies book club will meet on Tuesday January 10th to discuss The Tide Between Us by Olive Collins.  We will meet in the Clubside Clubhouse at 6PM.  Feel free to bring a favorite beverage and your thoughts about the book.

Mark your calendars and bring your appetite to our Clubside Reserve Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, January 21st at 4:00PM 

 

We'll start the event by sampling and voting on the best chili in the community followed by the awarding of prizes --yes, we will have prizes for the top three vote-getters!  Following the awards presentation and congratulations to the winners, we will dig into a larger helping of your favorite chili and share some community social time.

 

If you would like to submit an entry to the cook-off, please sign-up on the entry sheet located outside the mailroom no later than Wednesday, January 11th. This helps assure we have space for all the entries.  The committee will reach out with instructions to participants submitting entries.

 

There will also be a sign-up sheet for general attendance at the event, even if you are not submitting an entry to the cook-off.  The Chill Cook-Off Committee asks that you bring a side dish or dessert to share after the award ceremony.  Also, please plan to bring beverages of your choice.  The committee will provide condiments and toppings.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
