PEST CONTROL TREATMENT

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.
The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

RE: Annual Dryer Vent Cleaning - Monday, January 29 and Tuesday, January 30th
All units are scheduled to have their dryer vents cleaned by Lint Out, Inc. There is no charge for this cleaning, as it is covered by the Clubside Reserve Association. However, if you have a damaged exhaust hose, you will be responsible for paying Lint Out $28 for an aluminum fire-resistant replacement flex hose. Payment will be due at the time of service.
Two Lint Out techs will work on each building together. They will start between 8AM and 9AM at Building #1 at units 104 and 102. If there are no difficulties, the process should take approximately 15 minutes per unit or a total of 30 minutes for two techs to finish a building. The techs will then move on to Building #2 to units 204 and 202, then 203 and 201, and so on. Refer to the "Approximate Schedule" that will be sent by PMP to understand which day your building is scheduled for.
