Dear Bookclubbers, Our book selection for January 2025 is the thriller First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston.  We will return to meeting in the Clubside clubhouse at 6PM for our book discussion at least through season.  Bring a favorite beverage and plan on sharing your insights and reactions.  I hope you will plan to join us. 

 

I am always seeking good stories for us to consider. If you have a book recommendation please be sure to share with me and I will add it to the line up in 2025.  Also, I am also looking for volunteers to lead a monthly discussion.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.    

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Please join us for a January 2025 Happy Hour celebration on Saturday, January 18th at 5:30PM.  Bring an appetizer or dish to share and your favorite beverage along. This month Happy Hour Hosts are Elaine and John Howell #702. We look forward to seeing you there!

Meet at our clubhouse at 12 if you need a ride or at restaurant at 12:30. 

All are welcome to come to the Clubside Clubhouse starting at 8AM for a mid-week get together for coffee and donuts. Stop by and grab a coffee and a donut with your neighbors.   See you there!
