Note that Bulk pickup can happen later in the day so please be patient with pickup time. If your bulk item is overlooked you can call the county to report it and typically they will schedule a pickup the following day. Collier County Waste Management can be reached at 239-252-2380. 

A/C Maintenance is schedule today between 9AM-11AM with Abby Air, Inc. for association.

The Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub meets on the third Monday of each month to discuss the book of the month.  The book for November is Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon.  We will meet on November 17th at 4:30PM in the Clubside Clubhouse.  For anyone interested, some of the attendees go to dinner immediately following at a local restaurant.  Everyone is welcome.
 
If you are enjoy reading, please plan to attend one or all of our meetings.  This is a very casual gathering and I encourage you to be among other Clubside residents discussing the book while sipping a coffee or beverage of choice.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.    

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

The Board of Directors have scheduled the Clubside Reserve Budget Meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 3:30PM. PMP will distribute the Notice and Agenda. This meeting is an in-person meeting only for Deeded Owners only. A Board Meeting will be held directly after this special meeting to ratify projects and ARCH Review approvals since the last meeting. Thank you!

The exterior drain line maintenance will be done on November 26th starting at 8AM. Technicians will move from building to building working from the backside of units so for privacy please have your windows blinds/shutters closed as they work through Clubside Reserve. They will be on property several hours.

The Clubhouse shall not be reserved for repetitive non-resident group functions, and on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve or New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
