Leave your garbage bins and recycle bins to curbside anytime after 5PM on Tuesday night for trash, recycle and bulk trash pickup on Wednesday morning. 

 

Note that Bulk pickup can happen later in the day so please be patient with pickup time. If your bulk item is overlooked you can call the county to report it and typically they will schedule a pickup the following day. Collier County Waste Management can be reached at 239-252-2380.

ECO-GREEN will be on property applying the Roof-A-Cide application treatment to our metal rooftops using drones. A schedule by building, along with instructions regarding vehicles and driveway access, will be sent as we get closer to the treatment dates.
 
Roof-A-Cide® Application: An EPA-approved, patented preventative algaecide that stops mold, fungus, algae, and mildew growth for up to 2 years.
 
SEASONAL WINDOW CLEANING
 
If you are planning to have your windows professionally cleaned for the season, we recommend scheduling your window cleaning after November 13th, once our roof treatment has been completed. The application is done by a drone so over spray on windows is a possibility.

Join us for the November Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub to be held on Nov 16th at 4:30PM.  Our featured book is Theo of Golden by Allen Levi.  Bring your favorite beverage and prepare to have a lively conversation with fellow residents/book enthusiasts.  Most months some of us go to dinner at a local restaurant immediately following the bookclub.

Your monthly exterior organic spray treatment by Turner Pest Control is scheduled. This serves as a reminder to first-floor owners that technicians will be walking around of the exterior of each building, including the clubhouse, from approximately 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.   Interior Pest Issues: If you are experiencing any "live" pest problems inside your unit, please contact Turner Pest Control directly. Owners are entitled to interior treatment when needed for LIVE activity.   To Schedule an Interior Appointment for LIVE Activity call Turner Pest Control: Phone: 239-985-0461 Alternate Phone: 239-758-0397   Hours of Operation Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.   You must identify yourself with PMP, Account #1073096 then provide your address, name and phone number along with the interior pest trouble you are having.   NOTE: Monthly Clubside Reserve routine exterior pest control treatments are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month. Rodent bait boxes are refilled quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month.   Thank you for helping us maintain a pest-free community.

The Clubhouse shall not be reserved for repetitive non-resident group functions, and on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve or New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
