Trivia Enthusiasts get ready for another exciting Clubside Reserve Trivia Evening. Whether you're a seasoned trivia pro or a newcomer, this event promises an evening of fun and camaraderie. Quizmaster Keith Cooper will start asking a mixture of unusual, humorous and semi-serious questions and everyone is welcome to join in.
 
Sign Up: Don't forget to secure your spot by signing up on the form in the mail room. You can join as a couple or come solo and find a partner for the evening.  Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
 
Prizes: Compete for the coveted title of "Clubside Reserve Trivia Champions"! A modest prize awaits the winning team.

The Clubside Reserve Board of Directors will not be meeting in the month of December. The next scheduled meeting is on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 to be held at the Vineyards Country Club. Information and details to be mailed out by PMP.

The Clubside Ladies Book Club will meet on Monday, December 11th at 6PM in our Clubhouse.  This month's book is "A Christmas Memory" by Truman Capote.
 
All are invited even if you have not read or finished the book.  Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and join in on the discussion.

Please mark your calendar for December 12, 2023, as this is the date for the cleaning of the air conditioning lines in our Clubside Reserve community. This preventive maintenance will be conducted from the exterior of each building to ensure the drain lines for each unit remain clear and efficient.
 
Please note that it is the responsibility of each unit owner to schedule their own interior air conditioning maintenance, which is recommended to be performed twice a year in our southwest Florida climate.
 
On the morning of December 12th, you can expect the team from Conditioned Air to be on the property to perform the contracted association work. Should you have any drain line issues prior to this scheduled maintenance you will need to contact your A/C contractor directly.

Hello Clubside Neighbors,  

 

The Social Committee invites you to  join us for our Holiday Party, Saturday, 16 Dec at 5:30 PM.    We will bring the turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and rolls and would love if you would bring your favorite holiday side, appetizer or dessert and your beverage of choice.

 

A  sheet will be posted in the mail room for planning purposes and to help have a varied menu.

Exterior organic spray treatment and rodent box refills by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

For at least two decades there has been a casual breakfast at Vanderbilt Beach. We will meet at the usual spot which is to the right side of the walk way on the sand with water view.

 

If you have friends or family visiting, invite them. Bring a breakfast type item to share, your own drinks, and a beach chair.

We will meet between nine and nine thirty.
