Trivia Evening for residents and friends

The Clubside Ladies Bookclub will meet on December 9th to discuss The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart by Holly Ringland.  Due to the urging of the loyal bookclubbers we will continue to meet at a local restaurant for dinner and discussion.  We will hold our meeting at Bay House located at 799 Walkerbilt Rd in Naples (near Cooper's Hawk). Please let me know if you plan to attend and if you want to carpool.

Conditioned Air will be on property to service the exteriors of all units for A/C drain line maintenance. The drain lines located at the back of all buildings will be cleared by vacuum cleaning.

 

It is the responsibility of condo owners to hire and pay for the interior cleaning of your A/C and A/C lines and water heater line. It is recommended to have this done twice a year to reduce clogs and slug build up that will block PVC line and backup water in units. 

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.  
 
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
