Roof Algaecide Treatment is to be rescheduled. ECO-GREEN will be on property applying the Roof-A-Cide application treatment to our metal rooftops using drones after the cleaning of our gutters, soffit and fascia. 

 

A schedule by building, along with instructions regarding vehicles and driveway access, will be sent as we get closer to the treatment dates.   Roof-A-Cide® Application: An EPA-approved, patented preventative algaecide that stops mold, fungus, algae, and mildew growth for up to 2 years.   SEASONAL WINDOW CLEANING   If you are planning to have your windows professionally cleaned for the season, we recommend scheduling your window cleaning once our roof treatment has been completed. xterior organic treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Join us for the December Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub to be held on Monday Dec 21st at 4:30PM.  Our featured book is We've Always Had Paris...and Provence by Patricia and Walter Wells.  To celebrate the season we will bring appetizers to share and your own beverages.  You can bring an appetizer you are known for or maybe something that inspired you from the book.  Prepare to have a lively conversation with fellow residents/book enthusiasts to end another year of bookclub.
