The book for Feb Clubside bookclub is The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager.  This book is a thriller.  We will meet at 6PM in our clubhouse. Bring your favorite beverage and your thoughts and insights for a night of discussion and enlightenment.

PEST CONTROL
Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, 8am to 11am at All Exterior Portions of Clubside Reserve Buildings
Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.  
 
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
