The Annual February Organizational BOD Meeting will be held at 4PM at the Vineyards Country Club. This is an in-person and Zoom meeting. Check your email for details. If you will not be attending then fill out your PROXY and mail it in prior to meeting.

MONTHLY PEST CONTROL
Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, 9am to 11am at All Clubside Buildings & Clubhouse
Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
