Weekly maintenance and cleaning of the clubhouse exterior areas and pool furniture. 

Leave your garbage bins and recycle bins to curbside anytime after 5PM on Tuesday night for trash, recycle and bulk trash pickup on Wednesday morning. 

 

Note that Bulk pickup can happen later in the day so please be patient with pickup time. If your bulk item is overlooked you can call the county to report it and typically they will schedule a pickup the following day. Collier County Waste Management can be reached at 239-252-2380. 

 

 

INSIDE ACCESS DRYER VENT CLEANING * Access clothes dryer in each unit * Protect dryer and floors from scratches when moving dryer with appliance sliders * Vacuum and remove debris behind dryer * Vacuum and clean exhaust pipe with a combination of our high velocity three-motor HEPA vacuum (Rovac Retrieval Unit) and our rotating brush system, this removes all lint build-up and blockage from top to bottom * Clean and vacuum lint trap of dryer * Reconnect and test airflow * Access and clean outside outlet if accessible (Lint Out cannot be held liable for missing/damaged vent covers) * Any inaccessible units will be cleaned from the outside at the same rate. Inaccessible includes the following - cannot move dryer to access the vent, built-in cabinetry around dryer, not enough space between the dryer and wall to move the dryer, stackable washer/dryer that doesn't have an access panel, laundry rooms packed with homeowner's belongings, etc. * Optional: Owners to replace vinyl or damaged hose with aluminum fire resistant flex hose and clamps if needed for $18.00 per unit. (In some cases it will be MANDATORY to replace a hose that is damaged and unusable.) This rate is also based on accessing & cleaning the units in consecutive order, as well as the dryer vents being up to code which includes being individually vented using 4" galvanized metal pipe.

The Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub meets on the third Monday of each month to discuss the book of the month.  The book for February is TBD.  We will meet on February 16th at 4:30PM in the Clubside Clubhouse.  For anyone interested, some of the attendees go to dinner immediately following at a local restaurant.  Everyone is welcome.
 
If you enjoy reading, please plan to attend one or all of our meetings.  This is a very casual gathering and I encourage you to be among other Clubside residents discussing the book while sipping a coffee or beverage of your choice.

Exterior organic treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.      

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
