The March 2022 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Clubside Reserve Clubhouse. Details sent by email from PMP, Dena Waltchack. This meeting will be an in-person meeting only due to the majority of owners are in town.

Please join us this Friday, 4 Mar at: The Local located at 5323 Airport Pulling Rd. for Ladies Lunch. Meet us there at 12:15 or 12:00 at our clubhouse to carpool.

Clubside Bookclubbers will meet on Tuesday, March 8th at 6PM to discuss The Rent Collector by Camron Wright in the Clubside Clubhouse. All residents are welcome. Feel free to bring a beverage and a snack. I look forward to seeing you and to having a lively discussion. - Kathy Egan

Exterior organic spray treatment and rodent box refills by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

We invite you to join us at our March Happy Hour at 5:30PM held at our clubhouse. Bring your beverage of choice and an appetizer or dish to share. This months Happy Hour is hosted by Linda and Norm Bednarek.

This is a private gathering of the Neapolitan Chapter of EGA hosted by Clubside resident Kathy Egan. Cell # 860-748-3321.  

Ladies we invite you to the Clubside Clubhouse to gather for the RED CARPET event. Bring a beverage of choice and nibblers should you want. We are keeping it casual and fun. Dress in your RED CARPET attire....whatever that may be. Casual to fancy - we invite you to come to Ladies Oscar Night!

Lint Out will be on property between 8:00 and 830am on March 28th and March 29th to clean the dryer vents. Access to each unit is necessary.  

 

If needed, Lint Out will replace any vinyl or damaged exhaust hoses with an aluminum fire-resistant flex hose for an additional $18.00 at homeowner’s expense. Payment for hose is due at the time of service.

Everyone is invited to take part in a TRIVIA QUIZ EVENING to be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday, March 31st at 6.30PM.

 

Contestants can come as a couple or as a single and find a partner on the spot. Please bring your own sustenance to help you through the evening! Please use the sign-up form in the Mailroom. The more, the merrier!
