Clubside Ladies Bookclub

We have scheduled book club on Tuesday March 14th. The book for this month is It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover. This is the prequel book to the book we read a few months ago It Ends with Us.
Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and plan to have a lively discussion among friends.

Pest & Rodent Control
Wednesday, March 15th, 2023, 8am to 11am at Clubside Reserve
Exterior organic spray treatment and rodent box refills by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

The March 2023 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Vineyards Country Club. This is an in person meeting only. Notice & Agenda will come by email from PMP, Philippe Gabart.
In conjunction with our attorneys the Board has been working to update THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM of CLUBSIDE RESERVE AT THE VINEYARDS, the governing document for our community, to ensure they conform to the most recent changes in Florida law.
To this end over the last few days you will have received by mail, as required by Florida law, copies of the Amended and Restated documents together with a Limited Proxy and instructions for completing.
Included with the document are the details of a MEMBERS MEETING to be held at 4:00p.m. on 28th March 2023 at Vineyards Country Club for the purpose of voting to approve the three documents include:
