For several years, we’ve hosted a fun and friendly trivia evening twice a year—once in the fall and once in the spring—at the clubhouse. If past events are anything to go by, everyone who has participated has had a great time. In fact, those who attend once tend to come back again! Our trivia nights welcome not only residents but also their guests, renters, former residents, and friends from outside Clubside.
 
However, with our community’s seasonal shifts and busy schedules, attendance can sometimes be unpredictable. To keep the evening lively, we aim for at least 20 participants—and we usually reach that goal, just about.
 
If you haven’t joined us yet, we’d love for you to give it a try! No special knowledge is required, and there’s no pressure—everyone marks their own scoresheet, and only the winning score is shared. Teams consist of two players, but if you don’t have a partner, you can easily find one when you arrive.
 
It’s a great way to have fun, learn a thing or two (useful or otherwise!), and enjoy an evening among friends. Plus, there’s even a modest prize for the winners!

Please join us for a March 2025 Happy Hour celebration on Saturday, March 15th at 5:30PM.  Bring an appetizer or dish to share and your favorite beverage along. This month Happy Hour Hosts are Dean and Annette Case #1704. We look forward to seeing you there!

This club meets on the third Monday of each month.  We consist of women residents that are book enthusiasts and enjoy reading and participating in lively discussions about the books.

This is a private member event. Host is Kathy Egan. I already spoke to Charlene for approval. 

Exterior organic treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.    

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

The March 20, 2025 B.O.D. IN PERSON and ZOOM meeting will be held at 4PM. Notice and Agenda will be sent out from PMP prior to meeting. 

The Clubside Reserve Pool & Clubhouse area will be pressure washed on March 25th starting at 8AM.  Residents should stay clear of area so that workers can clean deck furniture and tables. Your cooperation is appreciated.
