The April 2023 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Clubside Reserve Clubhouse and via ZOOM. Notice & Agenda is posted by PMP in the mailroom and sent by U.S. mail along with the revised Clubside Rules and Regulations to be voted on at meeting.

Please join us for lunch Friday, April 7 at Season's 52 located in Mercado Vanderbilt Drive/41. Meet at our clubhouse at 12 to carpool or 12:30 at restaurant.

The Clubside Ladies Bookclub will meet on Tuesday April 11th at 6:00PM to discuss Fifty Words for Rain by Asha Lemmie.  Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and or snack and plan to join us for a lively discussion among friends.

Island Party Happy Hour or should I say hours!  Hosted by Ann and Andy Innocenti.  You don't want to miss this one. There will be a special surprise and we hope that everyone will enjoy it.  Take out your best island attire. There will be a prize for best island look!  

 

Please bring food or beverage of your choice.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
