Dear Clubside Reserve Owners:
 
Power washing in Clubside Reserve will begin April 1st at 8am and continue through April 9th.  They will be power washing all driveways, walkways, parking areas and front entrance.  Please make sure that the driveways and walkways are cleared of any items in order for them to power wash.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.  

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
