Monthly Pest Control

Monthly exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor is scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
Memorial Day Cookout

Please join us on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022 at 5:30 pm for our Memorial Day Cookout. Bring what you want to grill, beverage of choice and a dish to share. There will be a sign up sheet in the Mail Area where you can put your name and what your shared side dish will be. Any questions please let us know.
