Due to scheduling conflicts, the April Happy Hour has been replaced with a Kentucky Derby Party on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Hosted by Kim and Bob McQueen, this event promises an exciting twist on our usual festivities. Ladies and Gentlemen, stay tuned for more Derby event details.

 

Additionally, mark your calendars for our Clubside Memorial Day Cookout on Monday, May 27, 2024. Keep an eye on your email inbox for forthcoming details in the weeks ahead.

 

The pool and spa will be closed the week of Monday, May 6th through Friday, May 10th and will reopen on May 11th. The VAKPAK pool and spa equipment area will undergo refurbishment and require the pool and spa to be closed during this time.

The book selection for May by the Clubside Reserve Ladies Book Club is The Lost and Found Bookshop by Susan Wiggs.  As a change, we will meet on the first Monday of the month for this month only to accommodate the schedules of a few of our regular participants.  In addition we will hold our book club discussion over dinner at the new restaurant in Founders Square - Oar and Iron.  We have reserved their private room for 5:30PM under Mickey Healey's name.  We will car pool but please confirm that you will attend so that we may determine the number of cars needed.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.  

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Bring what you want to cook on the grill, your drink of choice and a dish to share
