Join us in the clubhouse starting at 5:30 p.m. A sign-up sheet is in the mailroom to bring a savory or sweet to share.The McQueen's will provide the Mint Juleps, please bring a beverage of your choice should you not have a fancy for Juleps. Make sure to bring some extra $$ for the betting board.

A/C Drain Line Maintenance
Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, 8am to 4pm at All Exterior Lines for #21 Buildings
Conditioned Air will be on-site to perform routine maintenance on the A/C drain lines located at the exterior backside of each building on Wednesday, May 7th, starting at 8AM. Technicians will be walking around the first floor units so for privacy keep your window blinds closed.   Each owner is responsible to ensure their A/C system and hot water heater are properly maintained throughout the year. Regular interior maintenance helps prevent clogs and backups in the shared drain lines.   We recommend: Having the A/C and drain lines checked and maintained twice a year by a licensed contractor. Draining and flushing hot water heater lines at least once a year by a licensed plumber.   Thank you for your attention to these maintenance guidelines.

Clubside Ladies Bookclub
Monday, May 19th, 2025, 4:30pm to 6pm at Clubside Clubhouse
Placeholder for Clubside Ladies Bookclub to be held in the Clubside Clubhouse. The book for May is The Secret Life of Sunflowers by Marta Molnar.    
 
This club meets on the third Monday of each month.  We consist of women residents that are book enthusiasts and enjoy reading and participating in lively discussions about the books.

MONTHLY PEST CONTROL
Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, 9am to 11am at All Clubside Buildings & Clubhouse
Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.    
 
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
MEMORIAL DAY COOKOUT

Let's kick off the summer with a Memorial Day Cookout! Join us on Monday, May 26th, starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse.
Please bring a dish to share, your choice of grilling meat (hot dogs, burgers, chicken, fish, etc.), and your favorite beverage. It’s a great chance to enjoy some good food, great company, and celebrate Memorial Day together!

STORM DRAIN CLEANING
Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, 9am to 4pm at Clubside - Reserve Circle
Maintenance/cleaning will be done on 8 storm drains in Clubside. Contractor will be on property several hours on May 27th. Drive with caution as workers will be in the neighborhood. Thank you.
