Bring a dish to share and some singles to place your bets.

There will also be prizes for Women's Best Hat and Men's Best Derby Attire.

A QUORUM, at least 2/3 of persons entitled to cast the votes of the members, must be present in person, by Zoom or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for business to be conducted.  It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you either deliver the Limited Proxy to PMP using the enclosed envelope or scan the Limited Proxy and send a copy of it via email to PMP prior to the meeting date of May 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Join us for the Clubside Reserve Ladies Book Club to be held on May 18th at 4:30PM.  Our featured book is The Stolen Life of Collette Marceau by Kristen Harmel.  Bring your favorite beverage and prepare to have a lively conversation with fellow residents/book enthusiasts.  Most months some of us go to dinner at a local restaurant immediately following the book club.

Exterior organic treatment by Turner Pest Control contractor are scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact them directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must give them the account #1073096 for PMP, then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.  The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Let's kick off the summer with a Memorial Day Cookout! Join us on Monday, May 25th, starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse.
Please bring a dish to share, your choice of grilling meat (hot dogs, burgers, chicken, fish, etc.), and your favorite beverage.

 

It’s a great chance to enjoy some good food, great company, and celebrate Memorial Day together!
