BOARD MEETING

The June 2024 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Clubside Reserve Clubhouse. In-Person only meeting. Notice & Agenda will be sent by email from PMP.
LADIES BOOK CLUB
Monday, June 10th, 2024, 6pm to 7:30pm at Brio in Waterside Shops
The book selected for June by the Clubside Ladies Book Club is How the Penguins Saved Veronica by Hazel Prior. We will meet on June 10th the second Monday of the month.
As we often do during the summer months, we will have our discussion in a local restaurant. We will meet at Brio in Waterside Shops at 6PM. Please let me know if you plan to attend and want to carpool so that I can coordinate car assignments or you can meet us there at 6PM. Reservation will be under my name.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
