Let’s celebrate Independence Day with a fun-filled cookout! Join us on Friday, July 4th, starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse.
Please bring a dish to share, your choice of grilling meat (hot dogs, burgers, chicken, fish, etc.), and your beverage of choice. We’ll have plenty of space for everyone to relax, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate together!

MONTHLY PEST CONTROL

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.    
 
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having.   The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Clubside Ladies Book club to be held in the Clubside Clubhouse. The book for July is One Golden Summer by Carlie Fortune.  This club meets on the third Monday of each month.  We consist of women residents that are book enthusiasts and enjoy reading and participating in lively discussions about the books. We usually go to dinner after for those who want to join us. I hope you plan to join us.     Kathy Egan
