No August Board Meeting

There will not be an August Board of Directors meeting. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 4PM at the Clubside Reserve clubhouse and via Zoom. Information will be sent via email by Linda Ames, PMP Property Manager.

Hello Bookclubers, the August book club will meet at 6 pm today. The book is The Swans of 5th Avenue and Fran Hirsh will lead the discussion.

The new gate system will be installed this week. The gate may be opened for workers and installation. Drive with caution as the inbound and outbound lanes may be redirected through out the day. The clubhouse will be in use by Gate Committee and Cypress Access throughout the day.

Monthly Pest Control
Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, All Day Event at Clubside Reserve Property
Monthly exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor is scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

Vehicle Barcode Distribution
Thursday, August 18th, 2022, 2pm to 5pm at Clubside Clubhouse
We're reaching out with an important update regarding the gate installation and vehicle barcode distribution process.  Beginning tomorrow we move forward with the distribution and use of the NEW vehicle barcodes since the installation techs discovered that the new barcode reader will only READ the new assigned Clubside barcodes. Your current barcode on your vehicle(s) will not work with the new BAI system barcode reader as we originally expected.
 
The Gate Committee Members will be in the clubhouse to handout your new barcodes on:

Friday 8/19/22 from 10:00am - 3:00pm
 
*Remove your old barcode and replace it with the new one immediately. INSTRUCTIONS
 
If you are not currently in town, no worries, you can reach out to Kim McQueen when you are back in Clubside and she will deliver your assigned barcodes. 
 
The new visitor gate keypad/callbox will be installed soon.  Until that time, both entrance gates will remain UP.  Once the visitor keypad/callbox is installed and functional you will be able to use your 4-digit code for access. To OPEN visitor gate just press the # pound key then your PIN CODE. We will notify you when the new keypad is operational.

Clubside Radio Test
Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, 7pm to 7:30pm at Clubhouse
Collier County are reporting a lot of activity in the Atlantic Ocean.  Therefore, we should perform a test.

I will be in the clubhouse at 7pm Wednesday night on 8/31.  Please charge your radio and ensure it is on Channel 8.  If you would like to join me in the clubhouse, we can perform a quick radio test.  For anyone who does not come to the clubhouse, I will do a call out at 7:15pm so you can test from home.

Hopefully being prepared, we will not experience any upcoming weather issues.
