There will not be a 2023 B.O.D. meeting in August. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2023 and will be held at the Clubside Reserve Clubhouse and via ZOOM. Notice & Agenda was sent by email from PMP.

We will meet to discuss Dirty Laundry by Disha Bose (correction). We had so much fun holding July’s bookclub over dinner at a local restaurant that we have decided to do it again in August!  The location is Brio at Waterside Shops.  Our reservation is at 5:30 PM.  We will plan to leave Clubside at 5PM.  To ensure that we notify the restaurant how many will attend, please notify me if you plan to attend.  Either meet us there or let me know if you would like to car pool.

Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.

 

If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
