Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub
Monday, August 17th, 2026, 5pm to 7pm at Bookclub discussion will occur at a local restaurant
The Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub will meet to discuss the monthly book at a local restaurant during the summer months of June, July August, and September. The restaurant will be chosen and communicated closer to the meeting date (3rd Monday of the Month). Carpooling will also be determined at that time. The start time will be a slight change from non-summer months to 5PM.
The books for each month lean heavily toward light summer reads and are as follows:

Jul 20th - The Cliffs by J. Courtney Sullivan
Aug 17th - Same Time Next Summer by Annabel Monaghan

FIRE MAINTENANCE
Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, 8am to 2pm at Exterior Fire Extinguishers & Clubhouse
Please be advised that ABC Fire Equipment will be on the property on Tuesday, August 18, to perform inspections, certifications, and maintenance on our fire extinguishers, as well as service the clubhouse fire suppression system.
Before the inspection, please remove all potted plants, coverings, or other items obstructing or concealing fire extinguishers. Fire extinguishers must remain visible and readily accessible at all times, as required by fire code.

Your monthly exterior organic spray treatment by Turner Pest Control is scheduled. This serves as a reminder to first-floor owners that technicians will be walking around of the exterior of each building, including the clubhouse, from approximately 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Owners are entitled to interior treatment when needed for LIVE activity.
