The September 2022 B.O.D. meeting will be held at the Clubside Reserve Clubhouse and via ZOOM. Notice & Agenda was sent by email from PMP.

 

We invite you to join us at our September 2022 Happy Hour at 5:30PM held at our clubhouse. Bring your beverage of choice and an appetizer or dish to share. This months Happy Hour will be Hosted by Michelle "Mickey" Healy.

The Clubside Board approved Bain Sealcoating for the roads as a sealcoating process to help preserve them. A color-coded map will be distributed that breaks down the scheduled dates beginning Tuesday, September 20th through Saturday, September 24th, weather permitting 8:30am through 3:00pm.

 

During these dates you will need to make sure that your vehicle(s) are not parked in the area that is scheduled to be sealcoated that day. Once the sealcoat is applied, you will not have access to your driveway or garage until the following morning when Bain opens it up and they move on to the next section. As long as you do not drive on the wet sealcoat there will not be any transfer onto your vehicle(s).

 

Remember to inform any vendors that you may have scheduled during the dates or times so they are aware they will not be able to enter the community during this scheduled project.

There will be no regular TRASH, RECYCLE or BULK pick-up scheduled for Wednesday, September 21st due to the sealcoat project.

Exterior organic spray treatment and rodent box refills by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems.  Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461.  You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone only needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
