LABOR DAY COOKOUT

We’re excited to invite you to our Labor Day Cookout on Monday, September 2nd at 5:30 PM!
Join us for an evening of delicious food, great company, and fun as we celebrate the long weekend. Here’s what we’d love for you to bring:
Beverage of Choice: Bring your favorite drink to enjoy and share!
Side Dish or Dessert: Feel free to bring something tasty to complement the meal.
Meat to Grill: Whether it’s burgers, hot dogs, chicken, or steak, bring your choice to throw on the grill.
We’ll provide the grill and the good vibes—just bring your appetite and a smile!

Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub
Monday, September 16th, 2024, 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Discussion to be held at J Alexander’s 6PM
The book selected for the September Clubside Ladies Bookclub is Nightwork by Nora Roberts.
This will be our last of the “summer read” series which includes dinner and discussion at a local restaurant. We will dine at J. Alexander’s at 6PM. Please let me know if you will be carpooling with us and I will figure out the car assignments. Plan to leave around 5:30PM.
Next month we will move to the second Tuesday of the month for Bookclub so as not to conflict with Vineyards Country Club activities.

PEST & RODENT CONTROL
Thursday, September 26th, 2024, 9am to 11am at All Exterior Portions of Clubside Reserve Buildings
Exterior organic spray treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
