LABOR DAY COOKOUT
Monday, September 1st, 2025, 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Clubside Clubhouse
Let’s close out the summer with a fun and festive Labor Day Cookout! Join us on Monday, September 1th, starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse. Bring a dish to share, your favorite grilling meat (hot dogs, burgers, chicken, fish, etc.), and your beverage of choice.
It’ll be a great evening to relax, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the long weekend with wonderful company!

Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub
Monday, September 15th, 2025, 4:30pm to 6pm at Clubside Reserve Clubhouse
The Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub meets on the third Monday of each month to discuss the book of the month. The book for September is Silver Bay by JoJo Moyes. We will meet on September 15th at 4:30PM in the Clubside Clubhouse. For anyone interested, some of the attendees go to dinner immediately following at a local restaurant. Everyone is welcome.
If you enjoy reading, please plan to attend one or all of our meetings. This is a very casual gathering and I encourage you to be among other Clubside women discussing the book while sipping a coffee or beverage you brought along.

MONTHLY PEST & RODENT CONTROL
Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, 9am to 11am at All Clubside Buildings & Clubhouse
Exterior organic treatment by Pest Eliminator contractor are scheduled today.
If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Pest Eliminators directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with our neighborhood first "CLUBSIDE RESERVE", then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. You or someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.
