Let’s close out the summer with a fun and festive Labor Day Cookout! Join us on Monday, September 7th, starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse. Bring a dish to share, your favorite grilling meat (hot dogs, burgers, chicken, fish, etc.), and your beverage of choice.
 
It’ll be a great evening to relax, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the long weekend with wonderful company!

Your monthly exterior organic spray treatment by Turner Pest Control is scheduled. This serves as a reminder to first-floor owners that technicians will be walking around of the exterior of each building, including the clubhouse, from approximately 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
 
Interior Pest Issues: If you are experiencing any "live" pest problems inside your unit, please contact Turner Pest Control directly. Owners are entitled to interior treatment when needed for LIVE activity.

NOTE: Monthly Clubside Reserve routine exterior pest control treatments are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month. Rodent bait boxes are refilled quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month.

Exterior organic treatment by Turner Pest Control contractor are scheduled today. If anyone has interior pest or rodent troubles please contact Turner Pest Control directly. There is no need to reach out to the Board or PMP to report problems. Each owner has free interior treatment available should they need it for LIVE pest issues. Residents are to call 239-985-0461. You must identify yourself with PMP, Account #1073096 then provide your address, name and phone number along with the trouble you are having. The representative will schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday. Someone needs to be present to let service tech in on the day of your appointment.

The Clubside Reserve Ladies Bookclub will meet to discuss the monthly book at a local restaurant during the summer months of June, July August, and September.  The restaurant will be chosen and communicated closer to the meeting date (3rd Monday of the Month).  Carpooling will also be determined at that time.  The start time will be a slight change from non-summer months to 5PM.
